Channel 1 focuses on the news, development of the country, educational shows and the economy.
Channel 3 focuses on sports, entertainment shows and also the news.
The Video
The video starts with a simple test card and some great music, then a Map of Laos appears then a shot of LNTV's logo with some music.
Female in-vision announcer who gives a message of I guess what's on today, with the LNTV logo and I guess the broadcast tower of LNTV in Vientiane.
Then into a new broadcast day, the hosts looks very sporty, I wonder what the show could be?
Ah its aerobics.
Thanks to the SatDirectory for this video once again.
Hope you all enjoy.

The state broadcasters in both Laos and Vietnam take their morning aerobics programming quite seriously! Most days when eating breakfast I tune into VOV1 Radio(Voice of Vietnam) via my internet radio. At 2200 UTC they start their broadcast day with a mix of patriotic music and aerobic instruction. It makes great listening as I gulp down my last coffee and vegemite toast before heading out to work.

Sir,
ReplyDeleteThe music playing during the logo is not the Lao anthem. Also, it is unlikely that they would treat a national anthem so cursorily. Please view the link below for an example of a Lao TV anthem closedown:-

PS: The announcer girl is cute.
Hi See Xien.
