The Video
First of we see a plant bursting into life with some funky music to go with it, this video forms part of the start up video used by JOAK-(D)TV NHK's general entertainment television station in Tokyo, you will have to wait till I post that to see more.
Then into a shot of a The Flag of Japan flying in the wind under a beautiful blue clear sky this is with the National Anthem of Japan Kimi ga Yo playing.
Before Kimi ga Yo ends it cuts to a shot of Earth from space, then the NHK Logo comes up with "教育テレビジョン" which translates to NHK Educational Television.
After the Kimi ga Yo finishes a Call Sign appears JOAB-DTV with a NHK logo and "東京教育テレビジョン" this translates to Tokyo NHK Educational Television.
This is read out by a female announcer and then fade to grey level for the night.
