MKTV Sat

MKTV Sat is a 24 hour international television channel from Macedonia's capital Skopje.

MKTV Sat is the international television station of Македонска Радио Телевизија or in English Macedonian Radio Television, and broadcasts in the Macedonian language.

MKTV Sat can be seen in Europe Free To Air at 13°E and 16°E and in Australia and New Zealand on pay satellite television at 152°E.

MKTV Sat broadcasts a variety of programmes from МТВ's terrestrial television stations from the past and present, but it also has five hours each day of new content produced for MKTV Sat.

The History

MKTV Sat first started broadcasting in 2000

МТВ's television service officially began broadcasting on December 14th 1964, prior to this I assume tests were carried out as Television Skopje.

I guess maybe other television stations were able to be received before this from the countries that border with Macedonia who introduced television earlier.

The Video

I will let this video speak for itself, it features some very beautiful locations in Macedonia with the National Anthem playing with the lyrics laid over the video, with a little Macedonian Flag graphic in the corner.

I hope you all enjoy, I do like this video.
