JOBH-DTV is a digital commercial television station located in Osaka Japan.
JOBH-DTV is branded on air as Television Osaka, TV Osaka and TVO, and is a member of the TXN network or the TV Tokyo Network.
The TXN network affiliates are always known by TV and the city or location of origin, so for example TV Hokkaidō or TV Tokyo.
JOUB-DTV broadcasts a ISDB signal on Channel 18 from its main transmitter on Mount Ikoma which covers Osaka.
JOUB-DTV also broadcasts from other transmitters that cover Hyōgo and Nara Prefectures as well as Kyoto
The History
JOBH-TV its analogue parent station originally started broadcasting on March 1st 1982 broadcasting on UHF Channel 19.
JOBH-TV was from the start affiliated with the TON Mega Network which later became known as TXN.
The Video
I believe this video is used only by its digital station and a different one is used on JOBH-TV its analogue parent.
Notice the clock in the left hand corner, this is a common practice on television in Japan and is put up just before breakfast television, it seems nearly all put up a clock which is neat.
Anyway I hope you all enjoy.

Sorry to be picky again, but there has got to be something wrong with the figures in "These transmitters cover over 380 million households, other commercial broadcasters from Osaka cover up to 580 million".
ReplyDelete380/580 million _households_? There are only around 127 million _individuals_, let alone households, in Japan.
I know I shouldn't pay much attention to Japanese Wiki translations, I am bit stupid!
