ViVe is a state owned cultural broadcaster in Venezuela.
ViVe broadcasts works of small and independent producers with a bare bones feel, with short documentaries and cultural and educational programming.
ViVe is available over the air but it seems not nationally, as well as on cable, pay satellite television and in the Americas free to air on C-Band satellite on NSS 806 at 40.5°W.
ViVe can be seen in the capital Caracas on UHF channel 25, with I guess either reception from out of the city or low powered relays for parts of the city on UHF channels 21 and 24.
ViVe tv stands for Vision Venezuela and was launched on November 11th 2003.
