AzTV is the state television broadcaster in Azerbaijan.
AzTV broadcasts a wide variety of shows in the Azerbaijani language, mainly news, musical shows and documentaries.
AzTV broadcasts to Baku the capital of Azerbaijan on VHF Channel 3 with a radiated power of 23kW's using I think the SECAM standard.
AzTV also has a series of relays across the country, but can also be seen across the whole of Europe and most of North Africa and parts of the Middle East on Hot Bird 6 satellite at 13.0°E.
AzTV stands for Azərbaycan Televiziyası or in English Azerbaijan Television.
AzTV does not close down often, but continues to play this national anthem video sometime before the start of their new broadcast day.
I am assuming like other former Soviet republics and their satellite countries, AzTV can probably trace its history to the mid 1950's but I have no way of proving this.
The Video
This was AzTV's National Anthem video up till 2006, I am unsure when they started using it.
Starts of with the ident used in 2006, then National Anthem video stars with The Flag proudly displayed on screen in various shots.

Canal Siete Argentina LS82 September 2006
Canal Siete LS82 is a public television station in Buenos Aries Argentina.
Broadcasting on VHF Channel 7 with a radiated power of 212 kW's.
Canal 7 is owned, funded and operated by the Argentine state, but I do believe it has some autonomy.
The History
Broadcasting on Channel 7 originally began on October 17
The call sign was LR3 and was known on air as Television Radio Belgrano, this is due to being operated by LR3 Radio Belgrano back then.
The Wikipedia article in Spanish is a great read, the Google translation can be viewed Here.
The Video
Not much to be said really, final ident for then night back in September 2006 then the National Anthem video is played out that also features the Flag of Argentina at the end.
Packs a lot in for such a short video.

Kuwait Space Channel
Kuwait Space Channel is an international satellite channel available in many parts of the world broadcasting from Kuwait.
It can be seen internationally on various satellites each targeted at various regions of the world.
For example in Europe it can be seen on Hot Bird 9 at 13°E while in Australia it can be seen on Intelsat 8 at 166°E.
Kuwait Space Channel is run by Kuwait Television which is the Kuwaiti national television broadcaster.
I believe Kuwait Space Channel simulcasts or airs shows from KTV 1 and other terrestrial Kuwait Television run channels.
The Video
First we start with a bugle player, then obvious an officer starts chanting and his men reply.
Then a group of soldiers in dress uniform start to carry a large Flag of Kuwait and then cuts to a stadium full of boys waving flags.
I am unsure of the music being played it is not the national anthem.
Not much else to be said I guess.
I hope you all enjoy.

DZOE-TV Channel 11
DWET-TV Channel 11 is a Philippine broadcast television station licensed to broadcast to the Metro Manila region on VHF Channel 11 with a radiated power of 100 kW's.
DZOE-TV is the flagship station of the Q Televsion Network and airs programming from the ZOE Broadcasting Network.
The Q network is owned by GMA Networks while DZOE-TV is owned and operated by the ZOE Broadcasting.
This deal came about on November 11th 2005 because GMA offered to upgrade the ZOE Broadcasting Networks facilities in exchange for broadcasting Q on the station.
DZOE-TV had been off air before this deal was arranged, GMA at first simulcasted Q on DWDB-TV Channel 27 this has now ceased, but Channel 27 is currently planned or in use for tests of digital television using I think the DVB-T system.
ZOE Television Networks programming now airs on DZOZ-TV UHF Channel 33 as well as on DZOE-TV during the late evenings.
The History
DZOE-TV history before this is very sketchy, I can tell you that Channel 11 had the call signs of DZRH-TV between 1962 and 1972, I guess broadcasting was brought to an end when Martial Law was declared.
Channel 11 was reactivated I believe in 1995 as DWXI-TV and changed its call sign to DZOE-TV on April 19th 1998.
If anyone has any other sign-off's from Metro Manilla I would like to get them all, or anywhere else in The Philippines for that matter please email me.
I hope you all enjoy......

JOOR-DTV Channel 16

The History
JOOR-TV, its analogue parent station originally started broadcasting on March 1st 1959 broadcasting on VHF Channel 4.
JOOR-TV was originally affiliated to the All-Nippon News Network but this affiliation ended in 1975 when they changed to Japan News Network.
The Video

DWET-TV Channel 5 Sign-Off
DWET-TV Channel 5 is a Philippine broadcast television station licensed to broadcast to the Metro Manila region on VHF Channel 5 with a radiated power of 120 kW's.
DWET-TV is the flagship station of the Associated Broadcasting Company.
DWET-TV is known on air as TV5 but prior to 2008 it was known as simply ABC or ABC5.
DWET-TV call signs stand for DW for Luzon and ET for Edward Tan a former investor.
The Video
DWET-TV for a awhile did not sign-off after re branding as TV5 and stayed on air 24 hours a day with text in / SMS chat services after 1am, these were used to solicit illegal activities, and now it I think are banned from terrestrial television in The Philippines.
So now DWET-TV has began to sign-off each night again.
First the video lists all the information I guess required by The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), most interesting is the broadcast hours its licensed to operate in.
Then National Anthem video begins it also features the Flag.
This same sequence is aired with slight modification to Signing On at the start of their broadcast day, interesting to me though the National Anthem comes after the Sign-On information video.
I would like to thank Irving for emailing me the news about DWET-TV starting to sign-off again, it is very much appreciated.

I hope you all enjoy.

TV Yoshlar
TV Yoshlar is a sports television station in Uzbekistan.
TV Yoshlar is run by Uzbek Television which is the state broadcaster of Uzbekistan and is located in the capital Tashkent.
It can be seen on VHF Channel 9 in Uzbekistan's capital Tashkent with a radiated power of 20 kW's and has network of transmitters through out the country, it can also be seen on line through a web stream.
TV Yoshlar airs a variety of sports it seems, mostly locally based, I am unsure if it airs any international sports.
TV Yoshlar starts its broadcast day at 7am local time, I am unsure when it ends its broadcast day.
The Video
At the start we see Yoshlar TV UEIT test card which was designed in the Soviet era, this test card is personally my favourite test card, yeah I know I'm nuts.
Then various shots of Uzbekistan, with the Flag seen once or twice all this to of course the National Anthem of Uzbekistan.
To see other close downs used in Uzbekistan that have been seen on this blog please click Here.
Not much else to be said to be honest, I hope you all enjoy.
